01Service Quotations
All estimates provided via this platform are preliminary site evaluations. A final "Binding Quotation" is only issued after a comprehensive physical site inspection, structural soil testing (if required), and architectural review.
02Client Responsibilities
The client acknowledges that the progress of construction is dependent on:
- Providing authentic legal land documentation and ownership proof.
- Ensuring the site is free from legal encumbrances or neighbor disputes.
- Clearing the path for heavy machinery (Excavators, Mixers) to access the plot.
- Timely provision of utility connections (Water/Electricity) required for construction.
03Project Timelines & Delays
We are committed to strict deadline adherence. However, Siraj Constructionis not liable for project extensions caused by "Force Majeure" events, including:
- Natural disasters or extreme weather.
- Nationwide industrial strikes or fuel shortages.
- Changes in government building bylaws mid-project.
04Payment Structure
Construction follows a Milestone-Based Payment Schedule. Work on the subsequent phase (e.g., Grey Structure to Finishing) will only commence upon the clearance of dues from the previous phase as outlined in the Service Agreement.
05Site Safety & Access
As an active construction site is high-risk, Siraj Construction strictly enforces safety protocols. Unauthorized visits by clients or third parties without safety gear (Hard Hats/Vests) are prohibited. We reserve the right to halt work if safety conditions are compromised by external interference.
06Limitation of Liability
Our engineering team operates under international safety standards. We are not held liable for structural failures arising from client-requested deviations that bypass certified engineering protocols or the use of third-party materials not approved by our quality control team.
