03How long does it take to build a house in Pakistan?

A standard 5–10 Marla home typically takes 8 to 12 months depending on the design complexity. We provide a realistic project schedule before the ground-breaking ceremony and share weekly tracking reports.

12What is the difference between your Grey Structure and Turnkey packages?

Grey Structure includes the foundation, walls, roof, basic plaster, and concealed plumbing/electric points. Turnkey is 'Key-in-Hand,' covering tiles, woodwork, paint, premium fixtures, and complete interior finishing.

13How do you protect the building from seepage (Seem)?

We use a multi-layer waterproofing strategy: Bitumen coating on foundations, polyethylene sheets under the flooring, and specialized chemical treatments (like Sika) in all washrooms and rooftop areas.

14Can I change the design after construction starts?

Minor changes in non-structural elements (like partition walls) are possible. However, structural changes require engineering approval. we document all 'Change Orders' to keep the budget and timeline transparent.

15Do you provide a Bill of Quantities (BOQ)?

Yes. We provide a detailed BOQ that breaks down every single cost—from the number of bricks to the square footage of tiles. This prevents 'hidden costs' and allows you to track your investment precisely.

16Who manages the labor and site security?

18What happens if there is a delay due to weather?

19Do you offer soil testing before foundation work?
